Everything families usually ask us about NoBlink: how the sensors work, what the home needs, what happens after a fall, and how we handle privacy. If your question is not here, write to info@noblink.ai.
NoBlink is a fall detection system for older adults living at home. Radar sensors on the wall notice falls and long, unusual stillness, then NoBlink calls family and sends alerts on the NoBlink app. There is nothing to wear and no button to press.
Most families start with the bathroom and the bedroom, because that is where wearables come off and where night-time falls happen. Living areas come next. On a call we look at the home and suggest a sensible setup.
It notices when your parent gets out of bed, which helps at night, when trips to the bathroom in the dark are a common time for falls. It also builds a picture of sleep patterns over time.
NoBlink checks the signal, then places automatic voice calls to the contacts you have chosen and sends a push alert on the app. If the first person does not answer, NoBlink escalates to the next contact on your list.
No. NoBlink is a safety and wellness monitoring service. It does not diagnose anything and it is not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.
Our own installer fits the sensors at the home, mounted high on the wall. Each sensor plugs into a nearby power point and joins the home Wi-Fi, and we help you set up the family app.
A Wi-Fi connection on the 2.4 GHz band and a power point near each sensor. If either drops, the app shows that the sensor may be paused, so you know.
Yes. The NoBlink app is available on iOS and Android. It shows alerts, which room they came from, and a simple view of activity at home.
We install in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune and Gurugram. If your parents live elsewhere, write to us anyway and we will let you know.
It depends on the size of the home and how many rooms need a sensor. Book a short call and we will suggest a setup and give you a clear price.
A short call is the quickest way to see whether NoBlink suits your parents’ home.
